The term “dry” is understood to mean all products which do not require refrigerated transport such as canned food, ready meals, pâtés, etc.
All shipments, after an order placed on our site, are made by Colissimo or Chronopost, or by an approved carrier depending on your place of delivery. We thus guarantee you the best possible level of service and the freshness of the products upon receipt thanks to a delivery within 72 working hours by Colissimo and 24 hours Chronopost. The price is based on the weight of the order.

If all the products you have chosen are in stock, you place your order for dry products, from Monday to Sunday, you will receive your package before 1 p.m. Wednesday or Thursday of the following week depending on your delivery location *.
Fresh meat orders are only possible on certain dates announced in advance on our site.

A calling card will be left with you, so that you can pick up your package from the post office served by the requested delivery location. However, we strongly advise you to be present during delivery or to collect your package as soon as possible.
Chronopost does not deliver PO boxes, PO boxes, and in general any address which does not contain sufficient information or which is inaccessible. If you live in a locality, a hamlet or a neighborhood without a street, be sure to specify in the second line of your delivery address any information that will be useful to the delivery person (position of the house, color, etc.). If you live in a building or property where the doorbells are only accessible after entering a code, be sure to specify this code when creating your delivery address. All the products on the site are available and our offers are available while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email or telephone within 3 days (working days). You can then request the cancellation of your order or the exchange of the missing product (s). Outside mainland France: For any shipment abroad, contact us at the number in the “contact us” section. A sales consultant will help you prepare your order and your delivery in the best possible conditions.
