Cattle breeders for more than 4 generations at Auzkia farm, the expertise of the Setoain family has been built and refined over the years.
The elders have passed on to us their long experience which allows us today to be able to breed, while respecting the values of the farm, a herd of blondes d’Aquitaine of about twenty animals on approximately 20 hectares.
“Us”, that is to say: Peio, breeder since 1981 and Nelia since 2007. Originally from Mexico, she brings her personal touch to Basque or Mexican dishes.
In freedom on the heights of the Aldudes valley, our animals are raised in a peaceful and serene setting throughout the year.
